### Making

deckhand, a Stream Deck that learns which shortcuts and Home Assistant actions I reach for and keeps them under my thumb. A Claude loop is building it; my part is deciding what it should be and checking it’s right.

And paseo-plan-auto, a small Paseo plugin: approve an agent’s plan and it flips the agent into Auto mode. [github](https://github.com/j0rdsta/paseo-plan-auto)

### Curious about

How far an agent can get on its own, and how far small models can go. I run them on my own machines, so there’s no meter running and my data stays in the house.
